TAT is 7-10 days for custom orders or could be much sooner depending on the volume of orders. Each cup is made to your request and to your liking so all sales for cups and other items are FINAL. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any custom items unless it is a manufacture defect/error on my part.
